Refund policy

At Benchi, we take pride in the quality and exclusivity of our products. Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected prior to shipping. While all sales are considered final, we do offer limited returns or exchanges in the case of damaged or defective items.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or exchange. To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

All non-defective items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized, limited-edition, or pre-order items are non-refundable unless defective.


3. Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@shopbenchi.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.

  4. Upon inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement item.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
