1. Order Processing

    • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
    • Made-to-Order Items: Each piece is individually produced in limited quantities. Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks. The estimated timeframe is listed on each product page.
    • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, ready-to-ship items may be shipped separately.
    • Order Changes: Made-to-order items may be canceled before production begins.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We partner with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Express or international shipping options may be available at an additional cost.


3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Orders over $250 require signature confirmation at delivery to ensure secure receipt.

  • Benchi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.


4. Duties, Taxes & International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

  • Please verify these costs with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to production schedules for pre-order items. Customers will be notified of any significant delay.


6. Address Accuracy

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, and additional fees may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
